About ISHTIYAQ
I am seeking a challenging role as a teacher where I can utilize my experience and knowledge to impart quality education and help students achieve their goals. I use to explain the concept first and take feedback from my students, whether it is right or wrong. I would explain the strength and weaknesses and put emphasis on his/her understanding. I use to take exams on topic and give feedback within 3 working days. Unless the target is fulfilled I repeat the exam and feedback session at least 3 times.
