I have excellent technical knowledge but my work and my main focus are artistic.
My concern is that everyone can get to know photography technique to a point where he/she can forget it in order to find expressiveness.
My approach is tailored to each individual. Most of the standard explanations we find on the web, such as the "the exposure triangle", albeit correct usually are not the best means of explaining basic concepts.
Also, the most important and the most difficult is to find your own "photographic gaze" and therefore I try to teach each person how to best convey what they want to see to the camera.
There is no such thing as "a good photo"; there is no magic with cell phones or photoshop. What will make a good photo is * your * satisfaction with your work!
My methodology is to find a good path between what you already know and what you can still discover to be happier with your results!

I have been an amateur photographer for 35 years, having started before the digital age, developed my technique with slides and PB films, revealed for years in the bathroom of home! Ten years ago I left my market - I'm a translator and editor of books by training - and decided to turn passion into a profession. Today I just go to photography. Work with digital cameras and also analog cameras of various formats: 35mm, 120mm (6x7, 6x9) and large format, 4x5. Each of them has advantages and disadvantages but all have a specific language that I study in depth, always, without stopping. I have a personal method of image processing that I also think is fundamental - just as we did not do photography without lab work, you can not get an incredible photo without digital post-production work, however minimal. I also give classes on this part, if desired.
