About Jameson
Hi! My name is Jameson M. and I am a Delaware based singer/songwriter.
I started singing and performing in local community theater at a young age and then went on to attend Cab Calloway high school in Wilmington, DE and studied acting and voice. Around this time I also started learning piano and guitar and found a love for songwriting.
I decided to study musical theater performance in college and went on to receive a B.F.A from Pace University. I released my first EP “Better Plan” my junior year.
I went on to complete an M.F.A degree in Music Composition from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 2022. During this time, I also began teaching piano to my next door neighbor (one on one) and found a passion for teaching. I have since taught professionally at different music stores, including: Bill's Music (Catonsville, MD) and The Baltimore Music Company (Baltimore).
My music has been performed at 54 Below (NYC), The Chain Theatre (NYC), Olympic Tower (NYC), Cowgirl Seahorse (NYC), The Grape Room (Philadelphia), The Wilmington Drama League (DE), Opera Delaware (DE), The Queen (DE), Atwater's (MD)

I like to cater my lessons towards each individual students needs. I do not have a set curriculum, but instead, teach from a wide range of methods to help a student achieve their specific goals! I lead with positive affirmation and encourage experimentation with improvisation and composition. I want to help each student find their specific musical voice so they continue pursuing their passions!
