About Dasha
I started my movement training as a professional rhythmic gymnast in Moscow, Russia, and transitioned into modern dance training during my university years after moving to the USA. I hold a BA in Dance with a Performance and Choreography specialization from UMD, and currently am a freelance dance artist.

My teaching method is student-centered with typical lesson plans tailored to the goals of a specific student I am working with. My lessons are for students of levels seeking to gain more experience with improvisational practices and/ or improving strength, flexibility, and technique.
