About Walid
I am Walid Saad, a Licensed Professional Boxer, Kickboxing Trainer and Hybrid MMA & Fitness Coach based in Dubai.
With 25 years in martial arts, I am a former MMA Fighter at UAE Warriors & AUFC (Welterweight), 8 years Coach for the Egyptian Police Academy, and ex-coach at UFC GYM Dubai and Gold's Gym Egypt.
My qualifications include: ISSA Personal Trainer, ACE Personal Trainer, LesMills Body Combat & CXWORX, Pro Boxing License, Kickboxing Trainer & Referee Diploma, IASST Nutrition, High-Field Level 3 First Aid & AED/CPR.
I have helped 100s of clients exceed their goals - from weight loss and self-confidence to pro fight preparation. My sessions are safe, motivating and professional.

My approach is fun, energetic and 100% personalized. I believe kids learn best when they are enjoying, so I combine football drills, fitness games and motor skills exercises.
A typical lesson is 55-60 minutes: warm-up, technical work (dribbling, passing, coordination), main workout/game, and cool-down with feedback.
I have 10+ years experience as a kids coach and personal trainer in Dubai. I am certified and I work with all levels - from complete beginners age 4+ to advanced kids who want to join academies. I also train adults for fitness.
Lessons are available at your home, outdoors, in your compound, or online. I adapt to your space and equipment.

Details
on 25 years of martial arts experience. I combine cardiovascular, strength, technique and mindset training. A typical 60-minute lesson includes: dynamic warm-up, skill work (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA), functional conditioning, and cool-down with nutrition advice. My classes are for all levels - beginners, kids from 6 years, adults for fitness or self-defense, and pro fighters preparing for competition. I am a licensed Pro Boxing & Kickboxing Trainer (World Pro Association), Blue Belt Jiu-Jitsu, Black Belt Aikido, IASST Certified Trainer, Wrestling Coach and member of UAE Muay Thai & Kickboxing Federation. I adapt every session to your goal and fitness level, at your home, outdoors, or online.
