For the achievement of students, I believe that being engaged with students is one of the best ways to get them to follow directions and stay on task. One of the most important targets that I always focuses on is showing my students how they can use math and science in their daily life.I also develop fun and engaging projects for my students, where they apply what they've learned in class in an entertaining and informative way. . He has supervised recognized international tests including the SAT.
When designing lessons and projects, I think of essential questions or outcomes that I want my students to learn for that day. “Mixing lecture and group discussion is a key of successful learning”, I always say:
“If you want to teach and if you really want to be a good teacher, you've really got to love kids and love working with young adults who are trying to figure out what they want to do with their lives,” I say:. You have to have that focus otherwise I don't think it'll work out very well.”
