About Laurence

I am a professional software engineer with over 30 years of commercial experience and now director of my own software engineering services company. I have also taught computing and programming at my local college and my first graduate job was teaching post-graduate computing at the university I graduated from. I love programming and teaching so I am offering services here so I can pass on my skills and knowledge to others who share my passion for programming!

I provide support between sessions, code reviews, and optional assignments to help you progress effectively. Lessons can be held online via Zoom or in-person where practical. Whether you're learning to code for the first time or looking to go deeper into system design or full-stack application development, I’ll help you reach your next milestone with clarity, patience, and experience.
