Baking/cooking is a skill recongnised worldwide. The knowledge can be for profit making or for home advantage.
It takes an average of 1year to learn baking cakes and other pasteries with or without some traditional Dishes.
The student is required to know the history of each dishes, and all other things to spark their interest. Have been baking for over 5years now.
Student can b from 8years upward.
