About Doireann
I have been baking all my life and now I am one of the lucky people that get to do something I love as a job every day. I love to share my experiences with people who may not have had the opportunity to learn the skill of baking. Once you bake your own bread, and realise how simple a process it can be you will never want to buy supermarket bread again!
