About Magdalena
I am Magdalena, a passionate 26-year-old student (last semester) of English Translation and Liaison Interpreting at EATRI Professional Institute in Santiago de Chile. In addition, I have an enriching experience in learning and teaching the English language. I studied in Toronto, Canada, with EF for six months, where I not only improved my language skills but also had the opportunity to get involved in volunteering with children from 6 to 12 years old. This experience allowed me not only to share my knowledge of the language but also to learn from their energy and enthusiasm.
In addition to my passion for English, I have also studied German (B1) and am currently dedicated to learning Dutch (A2). I had the opportunity to live in the Netherlands and do Work and Stay in 2022, which allowed me to immerse myself in the Dutch language and culture.
I believe that the experience of learning different languages enriches our cultural understanding and connects us with people from all over the world.
My approach as a teacher is based on understanding the unique needs and goals of my students, to offer 100% personalized and effective classes. I am excited to share my knowledge and help others improve their English language skills.

Hello! I'm Magdalena, in my last semester of English Liaison Interpreting and Translation at EATRI Professional Institute in Santiago de Chile. I have extensive experience and dedication in personalized teaching, having worked as an assistant and tutor, and currently working as a freelance teacher at Tronwell Institute. My focus is on understanding the unique needs of each student, allowing me to design a completely personalized study plan to help them achieve their goals and objectives. :)
Techniques and Teaching Methods:
I firmly believe in the importance of adapting my classes to the individual needs of each student, which is why I have a wide range of learning methods, such as conversational classes/speaking sessions, multimedia resources, and interactive teaching materials to maintain an environment of motivating and fun learning. My goal is for each student to feel comfortable and confident in expressing themselves in English, thus fostering confidence in the language.
Typical Course Development:
In the first class, I will assess your English level and learning preferences. Then, I will design a personalized study plan that fits your goals and comfort with the language. My classes are flexible and can cover various aspects of English, such as grammar, vocabulary, oral expression, and Speaking Sessions. I will tailor the approach based on what is most comfortable and practical for you.

Perfect! Magdalena es una profesora muy disciplinada, se adapta a lo que el alumno necesita. Se agradece que se prepare antes de cada clase, se anticipa a su llegada, muy puntual, amable y simpática. La hora pasa volando. Se involucra en el medio en que el alumno se desenvuelve. . Además, uno puede hacer consultas fuera de horario de clase vía email, y jamás no va a responder!!...

Magdalena es una profesora dedicada y con mucha flexibilidad para adaptarse a las necesidades de los estudiantes, por tanto puede hacer una clase tradicional como una especializada a las necesidades de alumno. Logra generar un ambiente muy grato para que las conversaciones en inglés fluyan y las correcciones son efectivas y precisas durante el proceso. 100% recomendable
Magdalena tiene aspectos técnicos de sobra para ofrecer una clase de alto nivel. Además, su valor agregado es el acompañamiento y dedicación con la que hace su clase. Personalmente me ayudo mucho en presentaciones con lenguaje técnico para público con background en economía y finanzas, como también para inglés conversacional.
