About Kiki
I have been teaching for 20+ years in various regions of the UK. I am experience in all year groups from nursery to Year 6. I do believe that play in learning should not be confined to younger pupils as having fun when learning makes you want to learn more and has a great impact on motivation. A happy learner is a successful learner.

I am a specialist in assessment for learning to guarantee progress and tutoring precisely matched to the students needs. I have an excellent track record in teaching Year 6 pupils in preparation for the KS2 SATs and helping pupils to achieve age related writing.
Lessons last 1 hour although writing lesson can be extended to 1 1/2 hours.
I use formative and summative assessment methods used to match progress to specific needs or gaps in learning.
I make use of visual literacy and numeracy to engage learners as well as specific apps and games that can be played outside of lesson time should the student wish to do so.
