About Amy
I work as a KS1 primary school teacher in Inner City London. I also have a TEFL accreditation and can support children who are considered English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners and beginners in English. I am British born and have taught children 5-11, as well as adults learning English.

My in-class pedagogy is a blend of child and adult led activities, with lots of opportunity for oracy, critical for young children and new learners of English. Drama, games and music help to bring learning to life and instil a love of learning in pupils; this is also at the core of my teaching.
