About Kellie
I first started playing the piano when I was 8 years old and have fallen in love with music. I have had many opportunities to play in choirs and churches, which has helped to increase my abilities. I began teaching piano lessons when I was 18 years old and fell in love with the job. Currently, I am a senior student at Brigham Young University studying Technology Engineering with an emphasis in Secondary Education. My entire career is focused around teaching. Whether it be piano, flute, or technical engineering courses, I will be happy to help you out.

I teach beginner courses for anyone over 7 years old.
Lessons are typically 30 minutes long. During that lesson, we will practice a couple warm-ups/scales, cover piano theory, review songs assigned to practice the previous week, and explore songs to practice for the next week.
To ensure the best learning experience, students are expected to practice the piano at least 5 times a week for about 30 minutes outside of the private lessons.

Kellie is an amazing teacher! Her kindness and faith go unmatched, as she is able to quickly analyze how the pupil is growing and give feedback at the correct times. She also knows how to push the student just the right amount and make sure the student believes in himself/herself.
