About Megan
I am a third year BA (Hons) Primary Education student at Northumbria University, expecting to graduate with first class honours and QTS in July 2020. For three years I have specialised in English, and undertaken placements in multiple North-East schools.

I have had three years of teaching training, specifically for primary age students, during which I have taught lessons across the entire national curriculum. My expertise is in teaching English and reading, which is done through child-centred instruction, with positive reinforcement techniques. I received training from the Boosting Reading at Primary programme to rapidly progress children's reading age levels in Key Stage 1. I truly enjoy teaching and having a patient, friendly approach with every student of mine.
