About Zoe
I am a previous 12-year gymnast who changed to diving after some things that happened that made me unable to do gymnastics and I fell in love with the sport. I have been diving 3 years and help assist with coaching at my high school dive practice while keeping myself up to date on new techniques and skills.

I provide in-depth feedback while not degrading you on technique and instead lifting you up to hopefully achieve better form and harder DD dives. I want to make lessons as relaxing as possible without any stress and to improve form by using workouts on land as well to improve hurdles and positions.
