About Alis
I am a business consultant and a founder and director of a non-profit. I hold a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Business. I was a full-time English instructor for the University of Abu Dhabi before I became a business consultant.
I love languages. And now, I spend my time helping others master the English language according to their needs.

HOW DO I TEACH?
I am a conversationalist. I specialize in teaching students how to speak and have a conversation.
WHAT DO I TEACH?
I teach grammar, sentence structure, word order, parts of speech, phrasal verbs, and idioms through conversation.
WHO ARE MY LESSONS FOR?
I prepare students for traveling, business meetings, job interviews, and presentations.
WHAT IS MY TEACHING STYLE?
My teaching style includes:
- Repetition, drills, and habit formation.
- Confidence building.
- Constructive feedback and consistent correction.
- Prioritization on real life scenarios and communication.
WILL I HAVE HOMEWORK?
To help you reach your learning goals, I do prefer you to complete some light homework between sessions. However, if you prefer to strictly practice conversation during our lesson, that would be good too!
WHAT ABOUT THE FIRST SAMPLE LESSON?
The first lesson is free. During the lesson:
1) We discuss your goals, objective, past experience in using the language.
2) I give you feedback on your level based on the CEFR framework.
3) I explain t you a clear training plan with me on how you can reach your goals.
