About Tam

I am a first-year student of Bachelor of early childhood teaching at Charles Darwin university, Darwin. I also have a degree in accountancy with 5 years of experience as an accountant. I love working with young children and aspire to become a childcare teacher. I am available to work as a part time babysitter/nanny/tutor for little ones.
Since my secondary school, I have been involved in taking care of young children, as a babysitter and later as a tutor. I also have experience in taking care of my own children.

I have:
- valid Ochre Card,
- work rights in Australia.

About the lesson

I want to be an observer whose ultimate goal is to intervene less and less as the child develops. The teacher's first objective is to prepare and organize the learning environment to meet the needs and interests of the children as well as promote independence.
