I am Shravani (MSc Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga Expert); A youthful yoga enthusiast who is passionate about using yogic wisdom to heal and empower people's lives. I am committed to offering yoga sessions that focus on the seeker's holistic well-being.
My area of expertise is Therapeutic Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, meditation & relaxation techniques. With the help of such Yogic Techniques, I aim to help people achieve their healthiest state, inner peace, and their true nature- Bliss.
As a part of my professional journey, I've worked on a few research projects as a Yoga Therapist & I've also worked with India's top wellness centers as a Lead Yoga Expert.

My Approach as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher: - Gentle trimester-specific asanas for strength & comfort - Breathing techniques for relaxation, energy restoration & labor preparation. - Meditation, visualization & Garbhasanskar practices to bond with baby - Lifestyle guidance for posture, sleep & stress management General Structure of a session for (60 mins) - Centering & breath awareness - Warm-ups & mobility exercises, Safe yoga postures with modifications - Breathing techniques & Relaxation techniques. The Sessions are medically safe with therapeutic guidance from me. Who the sessions Are For- - Women preparing for pregnancy - Expecting mothers (all trimesters, with medical clearance) - New mothers seeking postnatal recovery
