About Grace
As a pre-chiropractic student with a 4.0 GPA, who has been accepted into Palmer Chiropractic College, I have taken numerous math, science, and composition courses in preparation for doctorate level work. I am entering chiropractic school a year early because I have been able to complete upper-level math and science courses sooner than expected by my advisors. In my years as a student, I have learned the importance of understanding the heart of a problem or topic in academics: for this is what opens the door to mastery of the subject at hand. Few things thrill me more than a student saying to me, “I understand this, now”, because of my instruction. I look forward to assisting you in achieving your academic dream as a student.

Tutoring lessons with me include learning how YOU learn by discovering your learning style followed by construction of a tutoring lesson plan that will best suit your needs, goals, and skill set. My lesson plans are simple and straightforward as we will work math problems step by step in plans to understand each component of the problem. I tutor writing by looking at each sentence and discussing with the student if each sentence effectively conveys the message of the paper which builds a stronger writer. As someone who has taught ages ranging from high school students to adults returning to college for a new career in their fifties, I understand that each individual learns differently and needs to be taught as a respective student. My lessons are for any student in undergraduate or concurrent high school/college coursework.
