Farah is an extremely professional dedicated with immense knowledge about yoga. Her teaching career spans over of period of 12 years. This experience is visible in her ability to prod and push her students to master difficult asanas . Her problem solving skills are amazing as she is able to pinpoint what is holding back a student from achieving a yoga posture and this helps a student to reach their maximum potential.She can make yoga interesting for a 7 year old and a 60 year old. Her perfectionist attitude helps the students to achieve better results in limited time. Also though she is adept at giving you results like toning ,weight loss etc at the same time she introduces a student to psychological and spiritual benefits of yoga. Her ability to encourage and motivate along with a almost zen like attitude makes her one the best yoga teachers I have come across. My yoga journey with her has been incredible.

Farha! A dedicated yoga teacher. She can put the students on track. She is an inspired yoga practitioner herself and hence inspiring for the students too! She has an in depth knowledge about the practices & breathing techniques and explains how each practice benefits one's health, fitness and overall wellness. This motivates her students to be regular for the classes as well as home practices. Farha also gives personal care & guidance to each one in the class. She willingly takes responsibility for the physical, emotional and more importantly the spiritual well being of the students. It is a privelege to be her student.
