About Judit
I am Judit, a professor of power yoga. I am a qualified teacher in Hatha Yoga (Dynamic Yoga), Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. I love to mix these three variants of yoga in my classes, to give dynamism, variety and propose challenges constantly to my students. I encourage you to try a class and see how you hook!

Through very intense Yoga sequences, we will bring warmth to our body to get in shape and burn fats and stress. Each class will consist of an hour and a half of active, non-static yoga, and we will engage in strength, balance, stability and concentration. We will dominate our body and our mind to be better with ourselves.

Perfect! Judit es una gran profe de yoga que te enseña a querer esta disciplina. Además personaliza la clase a la perfección según mis necesidades y problemas físicos. La recomiendo a todo el mundo, muy profesional y flexible.
- María es una alumna genial, súper entregada y dispuesta. A pesar de no tener ningún contacto con el yoga anteriormente, se ha adaptado muy bien a las secuencias y día tras día nota los avances y las mejoras a nivel físico y mental. Me encanta el tipo de ioga que hace y como te va motivando a ir a más sin presionar. Su carácter agradable y la variación de clases es súper.
Soy alumna de Judit desde hace dos años y es una profesora de yoga magnifica. Sus clases son siempre diferentes y muy dinámicas, con opciones para distintos niveles. Tiene mucha paciencia y una gran técnica. Gracias a ella he ganado en flexibilidad y he aprendido asanas que consideraba imposibles! ¡Mi agradecimiento absoluto, es genial!
Desde agosto pasado que soy alumna de Judit y estoy más que encantada, nunca había hecho yoga y no le tenía mucho aprecio pero con Judit toda la percepción negativa que tenía ha cambiado. Me gusta su forma de dar clases porque además de ser técnica y educativa es variada y creativa.
Judit siempre tiene algo nuevo que enseñarte o que aportar, me gusta porque a parte de la clase práctica,
también te explica la razón de muchos de los ejercicios y eso ayuda a tomar conciencia de lo que vas aprendiendo.
Es positiva, proactiva, sabe ayudar y sabe explicarse a la perfección, siempre está pendiente de tus ejercicios y te corrige siempre que haga falta de manera constructiva.
