About Katy
Hi, I'm Katy, I'm 18 based in Sheffield. I have experience bringing someone through GCSE Maths through motivation and teaching methods that actually work. Active recall is a large part of my teaching style focusing on making knowledge stick for longer. Even though I may not have as much experience as other tutors, I have been through the system and learnt about how we learn first hand recently so I understand the curriculum from a student's point of view and I know what works and what doesn't. I will work to what you want to get to whether that is lessons teaching content or helping with homework, I am flexible to your goals.
