Students learn at different paces, and methods that work well for one student may be less effective for another. My goal is to provide individualized instruction to meet the educational needs of each student in my classroom.While individual learning is important, no one succeeds entirely on their own. I plan to create opportunities for group work, discussion and collaborative learning so my students understand the steps they can take to perform well as part of a team.
