About Divesh Surve
A fitness freak student started a journey of fitness training 5 years back & gained a tremendous knowledge of health, nutrition, dieting, weight training, resistance training, weigh lifting, weight loss, weight gain etc. With proper and customized plan.. But as I have learned it's more of mental change rather than a physical appearance as we need to create a change in mindset and lifestyle to perceive a desired goal and further to sustain such goal achieved which is crucial part of this entire goal and there is where the role of trainer takes place .. So lets work it out together
