I am very friendly and helpful when teaching. I totally understand the struggle of having to learn a new language and how frustrating it can be sometimes.
My main focus during the lessons is working on speaking and listening skills since, in my opinion, they are the key to fluent communication.
I like to ask my students about their life, hobbies, job, etc. These are topics that are easy for us to talk about and very useful when introducing ourselves or sharing our experiences in a foreign language.
Apart from this, I also believe that discussing more complex and abstract subjects is essential. They can be challenging but they are necessary if we want to improve our communication skills in a certain language.
