About Serena
I am an understanding, creative and motivated individual who enjoys interacting with students. I take a flexible and tailored approach to each student, with a focus on (1) application and practice, (2) exam strategies and study techniques and (3) confidence building.
I aim to complement student's individual learning style, and encourage them to grow in both skill and resilience. A highly motivated and empathetic individual, I seek to understand a student's areas for improvement in an encouraging and patient manner, bolstering both their grades and their confidence.

General Paper and Chinese Studies: With a background in social science research and expertise in China, I take on an engaging approach to revision. I focus on understanding, rather than memorization, and aim to imbue my students with the confidence and competence to tackle complex AQs using proven strategies.
Lessons are 2 hours each, customised to students' areas of strengths and preferred learning style.
