About Amy
I am a pole dancer who has been practicing for 4 years and instructing for 3 years. As a studying Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I have a deep understanding of anatomy and training persons through lack of strength, injury, illness, and weight loss. My dance background is multidisciplinary and I currently run the choreography class at my home studio teaching not only dance but also how to choreograph.

My teaching methodology revolves around improving the quality of life. This is done through muscular strengthening, building cardiovascular endurance, improving flexibility and range of motion all in a low impact environment. What I love the most about pole is not knowing that you're building muscle, because pole not only builds your body but your confidence and your character.
