About Emma
I have real passion for teaching Pilates I discovered Pilates after having children and immediately fell in love with it. I discovered the value that Pilates can bring to my life, having practised Yoga since I was 18, Pilates really did bring another dimension, a strength to my body and a pain free life. I decided to leave my career as an HR Consultant in business and pursue a career in Pilates and I have never looked back. Prior to this I worked in Psychology and rehabilitation. I have a Masters in Psychology and I am MCIPD non practising.

I used a layered approach to teaching Pilates and this ensures that the exercises and classes are accessible to all ages and abilities. In 1:1's I take into account people's individual needs and requirements to ensure we tackle the issues that they face whilst maintaining a holistic approach to wellbeing and health. I have huge amounts of experience in Teaching both Pilates and Yoga. I'm qualified to level 3 in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Yoga. I am also a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist to level 4 and I am trained in cupping and Ultrasound Therapy. I am also an Assistant Physiotherapist and work in Neurological Rehabilitation. I teach everyone from Teenagers to adults who are 85 years old. I have a current valid DBS check. I teach pregnant ladies in a 1:1 environment only.
