About Claire-Marie
I am a Mom of 2, who struggled during pregnancies and postpartum.
I know what it is to be tired and not have time to work out. I know the struggle it is to know what you can or can't do during pregnancies and during postpartum fitness wise.
I am passionate about helping women find themselves again.

25 min workout, Pilates class mixed with Mindfulness practices that can be applied even in everyday life. Reconnect with your body and your mind to feel stronger. Better sleep, better mood, better life.
My lessons are for tired and busy women who do not have the time (or don't want to) go to the gym.
I am a certified Pilates Instructor and Meditation and Mindfulness teacher.
I am certified to work with Prenatal and Postnatal clients.
