About Ana
Deeply passionate about the world of wellness, movement and body harmony, I love being able to help my students achieve their perfect body-mind-spirit balance and maximize their well-being. I am a personal trainer, certified teacher in the Pilates Method (specialized in Pilates for Rehabilitation, Pregnancy and Post-Natal Pilates), Yoga, TRX suspension training and certified instructor in Stand-Up Paddle Surf SUP Yoga / Pilates with 15 years of experience as a teacher Teaching private, group and online classes (both in Spanish and English).

Una persona excepcional, bella por dentro y por fuera y súper profesional, con una energía siempre súper positiva que transmite desde el minuto uno. Tiene mucha experiencia y gran conocimiento del método pilates y siempre se enfoca en un entrenamiento personal.
