**Pilates & Fitness Instructor | Mat • Reformer • Pilates Apparatus**
Hi! I'm **Sairan Taizhumiyeva Shepard**, a certified Pilates Instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier through mindful movement.
I teach **Mat Pilates** and the full Pilates apparatus system, including the **Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector**, using a variety of props such as resistance bands, Pilates rings, stability balls, light weights, foam rollers, and more to create engaging, personalized sessions.
Whether you're looking to build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility and mobility, enhance balance, recover after physical therapy (with medical clearance), or simply support a long, active, and healthy life, every session is tailored to your individual goals and fitness level.
My approach focuses on **lengthening and strengthening the body**, improving core stability, developing body awareness, and creating movement patterns that support everyday life—not just your workout.
