About Wren
My interest in piano began when I first started learning the instrument during childhood. I was fascinated by how the piano allows musicians to play melody, harmony, and rhythm at the same time. This curiosity inspired me to pursue formal music education and eventually complete a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance.
Over the past 7 years, I have worked with students who wanted to learn piano for different reasons. Some learners aimed to perform in concerts or examinations, while others simply wanted to explore music as a creative hobby. Teaching these students helped me understand how important patience and structured learning are in musical development.
My teaching approach focuses on building strong technical foundations while encouraging musical expression. I guide students through consistent practice and supportive feedback so they can improve steadily. Helping learners experience the joy of playing piano and develop confidence in their musical abilities is one of the most rewarding aspects of my teaching career.

My piano lessons help students understand both the technical and creative sides of playing music. Learning piano involves developing finger coordination, rhythm awareness, and the ability to read musical notation. In my lessons, I guide students through these skills step by step so they can build a strong musical foundation.
Lessons often begin with finger exercises and scale practice that strengthen hand coordination and improve flexibility. Students also learn how to read musical notes and understand rhythm patterns. These early skills help learners connect written music with the sounds they create on the keyboard.
As students become more confident, lessons expand into learning full musical pieces and developing expressive playing. Students explore musical dynamics, phrasing, and tempo control while practicing songs from different musical styles. My goal is to help learners enjoy playing the piano while steadily improving their musical technique and performance confidence.
