About Talia
I hold a B.Mus in Piano Performance and Pedagogy and have 8 years of experience teaching piano to students of all ages and levels. My approach emphasizes blending technical mastery with expressive musicality to help learners develop comprehensive skills. I provide a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore repertoire, improve technique, and gain confidence in performance. Lessons incorporate technical exercises, repertoire practice, sight-reading, improvisation, ensemble participation, and performance preparation. Feedback is personalized and constructive, guiding learners to achieve steady progress in both technical and expressive areas. I focus on nurturing creativity alongside discipline to foster musical independence. Outside teaching, I perform regularly, explore new repertoire, and study contemporary piano pedagogy to enrich lessons with practical insight.
