About Martina
I am a dedicated and passionate Piano tutor with 7 years of experience in teaching and professional music work. I teach piano to school and college students and enjoy supporting learners as they grow musically and personally. Teaching piano gives me a sense of purpose and fulfilment.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have achieved important milestones, including helping beginners build confidence and guiding students towards expressive and accurate playing. These experiences helped me understand the value of patience, clarity, and encouragement in education.
My lessons focus on strong fundamentals such as posture, finger technique, rhythm, and music reading. I also introduce basic music theory so students can understand the music they play and improve independently.
I believe piano learning helps students develop focus, discipline, and emotional balance. One of my proudest moments is seeing students perform comfortably and enjoy sharing music with others.
My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and flexible. I adapt lessons to each student’s pace and goals. My aim is to inspire students to enjoy piano learning and continue their musical journey with confidence.

My piano teaching method is student-focused, adaptable, and interactive. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor lessons to match their learning style and pace.
I emphasise communication, making every instruction clear, actionable, and easy to follow. My goal is to ensure students feel confident and motivated at every stage of their learning journey.
I use real-life examples and case studies to make lessons relatable and meaningful, such as exploring favourite songs, examining classical pieces, or showing how music is applied in movies, advertisements, or daily life.
Alongside piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, ear training, improvisation, and composition, giving students technical skills as well as creative understanding.
My teaching method develops discipline, creativity, and confidence, helping students perform confidently, express themselves musically, and enjoy learning piano as a lifelong skill.
