About Michael
I am a piano tutor with 10 years of experience and a Master of Music in Piano Education. I enjoy helping students achieve meaningful progress through practical instruction and positive encouragement.
My teaching approach focuses on individual growth, consistency, and enjoyable learning. I adapt each lesson to match the student's goals while developing confidence and musical understanding.
Outside teaching, I enjoy arranging piano compositions, accompanying vocal performances, and studying music from different cultures. These experiences help me bring variety and inspiration into every class.

My piano lessons are designed to help students enjoy learning while developing reliable musical skills. We practice note reading, rhythm, scales, finger coordination, chord progressions, pedal techniques, sight reading, dynamics, musical phrasing, and expressive interpretation through structured exercises and engaging pieces. Every lesson supports steady improvement and confidence.
As learners progress, we introduce improvisation, accompaniment styles, duet performance, ear training, recital preparation, musical interpretation, creative expression, and organized practice routines. I provide supportive coaching that helps students become independent musicians while improving their technical ability.
My goal is to help students become confident pianists who enjoy expressing themselves through music. Every lesson develops technique, creativity, and lifelong musical appreciation.
