About Lucas
I like to start the consultations with an anamnesis and evaluation of the student / patient. In this initial phase, I seek to learn more about his past, goals, injuries, fractures, etc. I perform a physical assessment in face-to-face care to assess the postural and functional part of the student, in addition to observing factors that may cause future problems. The evaluation part also serves as a comparison of both aesthetics and posture. The training methodology will be the one that best suits the student, depending on his objectives, time, conditioning.

My name is Lucas Rosmaninho, I have a degree in Physiotherapy from Univiçosa and Physical Education from UFV. I have always enjoyed playing sports, which was one of the factors that led me to take Physical Education, in addition to complementing my training as a Physiotherapist, and for that reason I ended up moving more to the EFI area. I have some years of experience with Olympic Weightlifting, Volleyball and Bodybuilding. My focus is, in addition to the results of training, to carry out training systems with attention to the biomechanical and kinesiological standards of my students, to allow their development without causing (or protecting from) injuries or problems due to a bad technique.
