About Tejas
My interest in Physics began with a desire to understand how simple rules could explain complex motion and energy patterns. I pursued a B.Sc in Applied Physics, where I developed a strong foundation in mechanics, electromagnetism, and analytical reasoning. Over the past 9 years, I have taught students from varied academic backgrounds, helping them build clarity and confidence through structured explanation and patient support.
I value clarity above speed in teaching. My approach focuses on breaking down problems into manageable steps and encouraging students to explain their thinking aloud. This builds confidence and highlights areas that need strengthening. I adapt lessons using visuals, examples, and alternative explanations until understanding feels solid. Students are encouraged to view mistakes as learning tools rather than failures.
Beyond teaching, I stay engaged with physics through reading, problem-solving, and continuous skill refinement. This ongoing connection helps me bring fresh insight into lessons. Teaching physics is deeply rewarding because I witness students transform fear into understanding and hesitation into confidence. Helping learners trust their reasoning and approach challenges calmly is a core part of my teaching philosophy.

Physics becomes far less intimidating when students understand that every formula describes a simple idea about how the world behaves. My lessons focus on transforming abstract equations into meaningful concepts by explaining motion, forces, energy, and waves through everyday observations. I emphasize reasoning over memorization, guiding students to understand why laws exist and how they apply across situations. Each lesson is calm, structured, and supportive, helping learners feel safe asking questions and expressing confusion. Concepts are introduced gradually, with frequent checks for understanding to ensure nothing feels rushed or overwhelming.
Lesson structure adapts carefully to the student’s academic stage. Beginners develop confidence with units, basic laws, graphs, and simple problem-solving strategies. Intermediate learners strengthen their understanding of mechanics, electricity, optics, and energy transfer through guided practice and logical breakdowns. Advanced learners work on derivations, multi-step numerical problems, exam strategy, and analytical explanation. I integrate diagrams, stepwise reasoning, and error correction into every session so students learn from mistakes without fear.
Physics lessons support more than academic success; they build logical thinking, patience, and precision. As learners grow confident, they begin approaching problems with curiosity rather than stress. Many students discover improved performance across math and science subjects due to stronger analytical habits. My goal is to help learners see physics as understandable and empowering, not frightening. With steady guidance and clarity, physics becomes a subject students can approach with confidence and control.
