About Ryan
I am a recent graduate from Durham University widely available for tutoring in the Leicester area all summer until October 2018 when I begin my PhD studies. I graduated from Durham with a Masters Degree in Physics. Prior to this I attended Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College in Leicester and achieved 4 A*'s in A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics. My prior experience tutoring is mostly in the form of assisting other students at GCSE and A-Level whilst I was studying at that level, and one student more recently in GCSE Maths where he was able to pick up and apply concepts in a matter of hours that he was unable to when studying GCSE origninally.

I believe the main difficulties with learning Science and Maths is the stigma that these subjects are far more complicated than they are. My teaching style to resolve this is to approach these subjects in a simplistic problem based structure. By slowly introducing concepts and immediately showing their application and uses in detail, I believe students can achieve a far faster and firmer grasp on the subject matter.
