About Noushin
I am a Physics graduate (Grade: 1st, and GCSEs: 9A*s) and have been tutoring for over 10 years, ever since I was a student myself. I really enjoy teaching and have always had good rapport with my students. My aim is to explain topics well enough that the student gets a good foundational understanding, making it easier for them to go on to homework and examinations. I like to ensure a proper understanding is established before moving on to the next phase, whilst understanding that sometimes there are deadlines and tight schedules and we have to cram a lot of information into a swift timetable - I like to keep the students ready and prepared to cover everything they need to, whilst giving the right amount of focus to the necessary topics. I have an easygoing approach - students can come to me simply to do homework, or go through exam questions, or just to revise through topics, anything works and can be tailored around the student's needs.

I have a simple approach where students can guide the focus of the lessons on the topics that they struggle with - I go through these topics in detail until there is a good understanding of the topic, which leads to testing of the topic with questions ranging in difficulty. If students don't have particular struggles or are unsure of everything, we go through topics stage by stage and focus on exam-style questions at the end of each topic. The lessons are for secondary school students, from Year 7 and up to GCSE. Lessons are typically 1 hour but longer lessons up to 2 hours can be accommodated to ensure a lot of ground can be covered in one session. I have been tutoring for over 10 years back from when I was a student myself, and have now since graduated. I also have experience with tutoring for 11+ examinations.
