About Kira
My fascination with physics stems from a lifelong curiosity about how the universe operates, from the motion of objects to the interactions of energy and matter. This inspired me to earn a B.Sc in Physics and an M.Sc in Applied Physics, providing a solid foundation in theory, experimentation, and analytical problem-solving. Over 10 years, I have guided students through challenging concepts, fostering clarity, confidence, and conceptual understanding across mechanics, electrodynamics, and thermodynamics.
I prioritize creating lessons that are patient, adaptive, and engaging. Many learners initially feel overwhelmed by abstract equations, multi-step calculations, or theoretical concepts, so I break lessons into manageable portions, incorporate visual aids, and encourage active problem-solving. My teaching emphasizes reasoning, exploration, and independent thought, helping students build confidence, skill, and curiosity.
Outside the classroom, I actively follow research developments, experimental advancements, and physics applications to enrich lessons with relevance and depth. Witnessing students progress from confusion to comprehension, cultivate confidence, and develop curiosity about the natural world is profoundly rewarding. Physics becomes accessible and exciting when students understand the underlying principles and see their application in the real world. My lessons cover mechanics, electrodynamics, thermodynamics, waves, and introductory quantum phenomena. I emphasize developing conceptual clarity, analytical reasoning, and step-by-step problem-solving strategies, so learners can approach complex topics with confidence. Lessons incorporate visual demonstrations, thought experiments, applied examples, and interactive exercises, nurturing curiosity and the ability to analyze problems critically.
I adapt each lesson to the student’s level. Beginners focus on fundamental laws, simple calculations, and foundational reasoning. Intermediate learners explore multi-step problems, experimental interpretations, and applied mathematics. Advanced learners engage with derivations, theoretical modeling, and comprehensive problem-solving. Each class integrates explanations, exercises, and reflective discussions to deepen understanding, foster analytical thinking, and build independent problem-solving skills.
