About Merle
I'm a physics student in Dresden in the first semester of master and 23 years old. In my opinion, even 5th graders can understand difficult physics or math problems, if one finds only enough good examples and explains it child-friendly. During my school days, I gave tutoring mainly for friends, family and friends. After graduation, I spent a year at a tutoring school in India where I taught maths and English to children between the ages of seven and fourteen as well as project-based lessons. In addition, I have been taking over a project group for a week every year for five years at a children's and youth camp.

In general, lessons have to be adapted to the respective child/ youth/group. In the past, it showed that it is good to begin with a 15-minute start consisting of arrival (attunement to the lessons), motivation and identification of the problem. The main part varies depending on the content of the child between project, conversation, station work or frontal lessons. In the last 15 minutes is time for a summary, a self-check or short test and outlook.
