About Deepak
Since I am a natural lifter , my body can’t recover to the amount of volume and high number of the workouts which I did , there for no gains. But I have found a way and it’s high intensity training which is focused on taking our intended muscle group to complete momentary muscular failure and forcing our body to grow. This form of workout was started and researched by Authors Jones and then improved by Mike Mentzer. I am using Mike Mentzer’s form of workout and I want to share my knowledge with a lot of struggling lifters Who spend a lot of time working out cluelessly

- I use heavy duty program of Mike Mentzer which heavily emphesises on intensity
- I did a lot of mistakes and have the experience to share
- I have really good knowledge in nutrition and fitness
- My specific training method needs heavy weights and it focuses on heavy compound lifts
- Its recommended to have a gym memership
- I can also help you loose weight
