About Michael
I spent middle school shopping in the husky section and watching TV ads for dexatrim with hope that if I could just get my hands on some...they could help me not be me.
As a freshman in high school. I was cut from my JV baseball team for being too fat and slow.
By my Sophomore year in college I was an Athlete and haven't let that go for 30 decades.
I carry that knowledge and experience into coaching and training.

Whatever the activity* I teach with:
- intention - 'why are we doing this.'
- demonstration - 'how are we doing this'.
- active feedback - 'great job....here are the cues to help you improve'
- homework - 'to start next time where you ended today, do 'x' , 'y' times this week.
Kids 5-14 in all sports and any age/level in track and field.
*my default is 50-100 m sprinting and the 'box' footwork drill
