About Andrea
My name is Andrea and I am a Philosophy student.
I tutor at primary school level and I am currently studying for my degree as a leisure time monitor.
I consider myself to be a patient, very dynamic and involved person.
I enjoy teaching and I try to use different resources to facilitate learning.
For me it is very important that the classes are based on a foundation and that learning is progressive, as it is not only about memorising but also about understanding.
It is on these ideas that I base my way of teaching and, from experience, I have seen that it has positive results.

Each student is different and, therefore, I have to know the pupil in order to design a different teaching plan.
Our abilities and motivations are different, so we have to give a specific approach to the lesson based on these.
For me it is essential that the classes do not become tedious and that learning is continuous, emphasising what we have more problems with and advancing at the necessary rhythm for each student in order to really achieve our objectives.
Empathy, respect and hard work are very important, so they will go very well together with the studies.

Details
I have more than 2 years of private tutoring experience. I teach at different levels and I am familiar with children with lack of motivation and minor dyslexia. I have also trained as a leisure time monitor in two places (Casal Jove in Puerto de Sagunto and Cotó school for kids in Valencia).
I dedicate extra time at home to prepare personalised classes for each student to suit their needs, and depending on this the price may vary.
I like to do my job well and offer a service that matches quality and price.
