About Jessica
Hi! I am a recent graduate from Warwick University studying Philosophy, Politics and Economic (Economics major Bsc) where I achieved an Upper Second Class degree. I also recently graduated from the Musical Theatre MA at the Royal Academy of Music and have been working in Musical theatre for the past 2 years.
I am a motivated and keen teacher and am very comfortable with anyone willing to give me time. I am very patient and enjoy interacting and learning from the people I meet. Fresh out of A levels, I know first hand how difficult and stressful it can be and I hope to bring others the same success I had from working hard.
I taught English at the German school 'Beielfeld' in Schwerte, to under 12's and have been teaching under 6 year olds ballet for the past 5 years.
I have tutored for just over 8 years to a huge range of ages (5-18) and I have taught German, Maths and English.to 13 different individuals. I have enjoyed every second of it!

Confidence is key. I do not in anyway believe teaching without a smile is any good. I am always incredibly positive and I cannot stress how much a little faith in one's self helped me in achieving as I have in the past, and as I continue to now. I also like to get to know the tutee and their particular strengths not only in the curricula but in their revision techniques. I shall work towards their strength, whether auditory, kinaesthetic or a visual learner I shall tailor revision to their strengths. I am a very positive person and I would love to be able to inspire anyone who's willing to try :)
