About Nuno Neto Ferreira
[auto-translation] I am a Master in Philosophy Teaching in Secondary Education; I am currently teaching, knowing the reality of Essential Learning. Teacher, tutor, exam preparer, my experience has gone through different teaching contexts, and I appreciate the requirement on the one hand and the attention to the student on the other hand. That said, each student is a natural person, with different needs and resources, which implies the use of different strategies that make sense to THAT student.

[auto-translation] The methodology is to develop work accompanied by the most personalized feedback possible: in my experience, a student improves to the extent that he knows where and how he makes mistakes. So, more than "giving classes" or "giving explanations", I consider myself a pedagogical coach - I prepare students according to the challenges they will face, developing their skills according to their specific needs. Pedagogical moments are moments when, as in a training, the error has to be present so that, together with the student, it can be identified, corrected and overcome - and only then can the student progress by self-regulating his learning: knowing what does well, what does bad and how to overcome these difficulties in the best way.
