About Ghulam
I am an M.Phil in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University with 16 years of professional experience in the Election Commission of Pakistan. Throughout my career, I have served in key electoral and administrative roles including DRO, RO, DMO, and Convener Delimitation Committee, and worked as a Lead Trainer and Master Trainer for government officers under national and international training programs, including BRIDGE/UNDP accreditation.
I want to teach because I believe practical knowledge must be shared with students in a clear, structured, and meaningful way. My goal is to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and real-world governance experience. I aim to help students develop conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and confidence for academic success and competitive examinations.

I am an M.Phil in International Relations from Quaid-i-Azam University with 16 years of professional experience in the Election Commission of Pakistan. I offer concept-based and exam-oriented teaching in International Relations, DSS, Conflict & Peace Studies, Political Science, Pakistan Affairs, Current Affairs, Electoral Studies, Governance, Essay Writing, and Research Methodology.
Alongside academic teaching, I provide practical insight into Pakistan’s political and electoral systems based on my professional experience as DRO, RO, DMO, Convener Delimitation Committee, Lead Trainer, Master Trainer, and BRIDGE/UNDP Accredited Facilitator. I have also contributed to curriculum development for officer training and provided input on election and local government laws of all four provinces, ICT, and Cantonment Boards.
My teaching approach focuses on conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, exam preparation, academic writing skills, and practical understanding for university students and competitive exam candidates.
