About Julie
I've been teaching for 26 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. My goal is to inspire students to want to learn. Whether it's math, science, or literature, learning can be fun, especially if you know WHY you are studying a particular topic. And towards that end, I hope to be able to relate whatever you're learning to your real life.

In teaching for the past 26 years, I have encountered students with a wide range of skills and abilities. Some students understand the material effortlessly, while others struggle just to get the basic concepts.
For both types of students, it's important to make the material relatable to their interests and needs. They need to know WHY they are studying a topic (such as math) so that they are willing to put in the effort to learn it.
