About Camila
I am a career educator with over 10 years of experience teaching students across a wide range of subjects. My teaching has included extensive work with students who have IEPs, learning disabilities, and other unique learning needs. I believe every student can thrive when given the right support and encouragement. I have worked with students grades 6-12 and at the undergraduate level. In addition to tutoring subjects, I also have extensive experience with supporting students undergoing the college application process. I have taught at the middle school, high school, and undergraduate level and have received teaching awards for my effectiveness as an instructor. In addition, I hold the following clearances: PATCH - Pennsylvania State Criminal History, Pennsylvania State Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprinting. In my free time, I play jazz guitar, explore the world on my bike, and bake bread.
