About Ekansh
I’m a PhD Math student at the University of Florida, Gainesville. I have a master’s degree in mathematics and I have been teaching/tutoring math for more than two years.
Over the course of the last few years, I have gained tremendous experience in teaching and tutoring math at various levels: all the way from middle school level to college undergraduate level. I have taught various subjects, such as Calculus, Precalculus, Algebra, Arithmetic, Geometry, pre-algebra, Trigonometry, Differential Equations, Discrete Math, Logic, etc.
I believe in the simplified dissemination of math. My lessons and techniques are aimed at explaining math in terms easily accessible to students. These techniques have been working very well for me for many years and my students have significantly benefited from my tutoring and lessons. They have not just achieved good grades in their math courses but importantly, they have become better at math in general.
I’m an experienced problem-solver with excellent professional work ethics. I’m punctual and dedicated, hard-working, and honest. My love for math and teaching math is quite evident in my lessons and my tutoring sessions. All in all, I can assure you that I know what needs to be done to make you better at math and to help you get good grades in math :)

With my years of experience teaching different math subjects to students at various levels, I’ve developed my own techniques to help them understand math better and perform well in their math courses.
My practice with math has made me realize what type of problems students typically face in various math subjects and what should be the best approaches to help them overcome their problems and my lessons reflect that. My lessons are simplified: I believe in explaining math to the best of my ability, without leaving room for confusion.
In my lessons, I try to be very patient and understanding with my students since every student is unique and requires special attention. Besides my expertise in math, what really makes me good at teaching is my love for explaining math. I like this job and devote the best of myself to helping my students in any way possible.

My rates are negotiable. I only charge fees because I'm an international student with no other sources of income. I can charge lower rates for online sessions since in that case, I won't have to spend money on traveling to you, unlike the case of in-person sessions.
